Make detoxifying ‘Ama Pachana’ tea to melt ama and stoke up your inner digestive fire!
2 cups of boiling water
2 big mint leaves/a mint tea bag
2 freshly ground black peppercorns
1/4 t ground cumin
1/4 t ground fennel seeds
2-3 thin slices of fresh ginger root
Put boiling water in a small bowl and add spices and herbs to steep. Strain into thermos. Sip during day.
Note: Kaphas can do without the mint and have more ginger, Pittas can have more mint and less ginger.
